Bickley Innovations, a WBENC certified woman owned company, is founded by Kendra Alexander, a mechanical engineer with over 20 years of experience across the automotive, consumer goods & food industry. Bickley continues a 100+ year entrepreneurial legacy started by Kendra’s great-grandfather, Manual Bickley, in the late 1800’s.

We pride ourselves in being ‘serial innovators’ weaving ingenuity into the fibers of the company. Our 50 independent packout & inspection contractors and 10 engineering & innovation contractors join our office staff to create a robust yet agile team of experts who design superior products and solutions by challenging the status quo.
